In some case we need to connect multiple PCs using VNCs, normally Remote Desktop/VNCs listen port is 5900. So we can't connect with multiple PCs. To do this we need to set different listen port in different systems and set port forwarding in router.
To change default Listen port in Ubuntu.
1, In Terminal type gconf-editor and hit Enter
2, In Configuration Editor, Select Desktop -> Gnome ->Remote Access.
3, On the right hand side of the window, double click on "alternative_port"
4, Set your on Port Number
5, Tick "use_alternative_port"
6, Reboot your PC
